Product ingredients and features:

Type: A complex of quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactants and non-ionic surfactants.

Appearance: Yellow or light brown viscous liquid.

Characteristics: It has excellent heat resistance, can significantly reduce the surface resistance of the product to 10⁸-10⁹Ω, and is highly effective and durable in anti-static.

This product is soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol.

Index: Amine value: 10.0~15.0KOHmg/g

Free amine salt: ≤3.0KOHmg/g

Quaternary ammonium salt: 55±3%

Volatile content: ≤3.0%

Product purpose and usage:

This product is an internal antistatic agent, suitable for soft and semi-rigid polyvinyl chloride, nitrile rubber, polyurethane, epoxy resin and coatings and other materials. The addition amount is 1.5~3%.

This product is sealed and packaged in 25kg plastic barrels and 50kg plastic barrels. Plastic barrels of different specifications can also be provided according to customer requirements.

Storage, transportation and safety

This product is non-dangerous and can be transported and stored as general chemicals. Direct contact should be avoided during use. If it splashes on the skin, just rinse with water. It should be protected from water and sun during storage and transportation, and it is strictly prohibited to turn it upside down.
