Product usage:

This product is an internal antistatic agent, suitable for ABS and PS materials.

Adding amount and usage:

Determine the appropriate amount of addition based on the processing conditions, product form, and the degree of antistatic effect required. Generally, adding 1.5-3% of this product to the product can achieve excellent antistatic effects. This product can be added directly to resin processed products. If Antistatic masterbatch is made in advance and then mixed with blank resin to process the product, the uniformity will be better and the effect will be better. Since the limit concentration of ABS and PS for absorbing liquid antistatic agents is low, when making high-concentration Antistatic masterbatch, appropriate solid powder materials can be added.

Package:

Generally, it is packaged in two forms: 50kg plastic barrel and 160kg iron barrel. Sealed packaging in plastic barrels of different capacities can also be provided according to user needs.

Transportation and storage:

During storage and transportation, it should be protected from water and sun, and it is strictly prohibited to turn it upside down. If this product is not used up after opening, the packaging container should be sealed in time. This product is non-toxic and non-dangerous. It can be transported and stored as general chemicals and has a shelf life of one year.
