Features:

Product use:

It is used in PE, PP products and dual-antistatic materials. It can especially be used as an antistatic agent synergist for polyolefin materials in conjunction with solid non-ionic antistatic agents. Due to the synergistic effect, the antistatic properties of the products can quickly reach the ideal state and the antistatic properties of the products can maintain a certain degree of durability. Due to its good lubricating effect, this product can also be used as a release agent in the polyolefin production process.

Adding amount and usage:

The appropriate amount of addition is determined based on the processing conditions, product form, and the degree of antistatic effect required. Generally, adding 0.5-1% of this product to the product can achieve excellent antistatic effects. This product can be directly added to resin to process products. If Antistatic masterbatch is made in advance and then mixed with blank resin to process the product, the uniformity will be better and the effect will be better. Since the limit concentration of polymer materials for absorbing liquid antistatic agents is low, when making high-concentration Antistatic masterbatch, appropriate solid powder materials can be added.

Package:

Generally, it is packaged in two forms: 50kg plastic barrel and 160kg iron barrel. Sealed packaging in plastic barrels of different capacities can also be provided according to user needs.

Transportation and storage:

During storage and transportation, it should be protected from water and sun, and it is strictly prohibited to turn it upside down. If this product is not used up after opening, the packaging container should be sealed in time. This product is non-toxic and non-dangerous and can be transported and stored as general chemicals.
