Type: nonionic surfactant
Appearance: white or light yellow particles and powder.
Characteristics: Significantly reduces the surface resistance of plastic products to 10⁸-10⁹Q, is highly effective and durable in antistatic properties, has suitable compatibility with resin, and does not affect the processing and usability of the products. This product is soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol, acetone, and chloroform.

Product usage:

As a built-in antistatic agent for polyolefin plastics, nylon and other products, it is used to manufacture antistatic polymer materials, such as PE and PP films, sheets, containers, packaging bags (boxes), double-resistant plastic mesh belts for mining, as well as nylon shuttles, polypropylene fibers, non-woven fabrics and other products.

Usage and dosage:

This product can be directly added to resin to process products. If Antistatic masterbatch is made in advance and then mixed with blank resin to process the product, the uniformity will be better and the effect will be better. Determine the appropriate amount of addition based on the type of resin, processing conditions, product form, and degree of antistatic effect required. Generally, adding 0.3-2% of this product to products can achieve excellent antistatic effects.

Package:

Lined with polyethylene bag, outer kraft paper plastic film composite bag, net weight per bag is 20kg; or inner polyethylene bag, outer carton packaging, net weight per box is 25kg.

Transportation and storage:

Pay attention to waterproofing, moisture-proofing and sun protection. If the additives are not used up, the bag mouth should be tied tightly in time. This product is non-dangerous and can be transported and stored as general chemicals. Shelf life is one year.
