Product ingredients and features:

Type: nonionic surfactant.
Appearance: Milky white to slightly yellow oblate granular solid.
Characteristics: Significantly reduces the surface resistance of plastic products to 10⁸-10⁹Ω. It is highly effective and durable in antistatic properties. It has suitable compatibility with resin and does not affect the processing and use performance of the product. This product is soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol.
Index: Amine value: 60-80KOHmg/g

Acid value: 0~3KOHmg/g

Volatile content: ≤2%

Product use:

This product is an internal antistatic agent, suitable for use in polyethylene, polypropylene films, sheets, containers and other plastic products.

Usage and dosage:

This product can be directly added to resin to process products. If Antistatic masterbatch is made in advance and then mixed with blank resin to process the product, the uniformity will be better and the effect will be better. Determine the appropriate amount of addition based on the type of resin, processing conditions, product form, and degree of antistatic effect required. Generally, adding 0.3-2.0% of this product to products can achieve excellent antistatic effects.

Transportation and storage:

Pay attention to waterproofing, moisture-proofing and sun protection. If the additives are not used up, the bag mouth should be tied tightly in time. This product is non-dangerous and can be transported and stored as general chemicals. Shelf life is one year.
